General Terms and Conditions:
Prices
- All prices are in euros per apartment per night for stays of at least 7 days, including tax.
- The final cleaning charge is €50.00.
- The surcharge for bringing a dog is €15.00 per day.
- As of 01/01/2020, the prices listed are subject to an extra €1.75 community tax per person per night (from 14 years of age).

Check-in / check-out
Your apartment will be ready from 3pm until 9pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you have the option of leaving your luggage with us.
We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.
Booking
Your reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation conditions
Anything can happen before the start of a trip. Our cancellation insurance means you are financially covered. If you arrive late, don’t show up or decide to cut your stay short, cancellation fees may be passed on according to EU standards:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 4 months before arrival.
- From 4 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge you for 4 days of your booked stay.
- Within 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- In the event of early departure, you will be charged for the days you have stayed with us and 80% of the price for the remaining days.
In order to save you from additional expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance so that these expenses will be covered for you.
Smoking
We kindly ask that you only smoke in the outdoor areas of our guest house.
Pets
Your dog is welcome to stay with us for an additional fee.
